Our regular maintenance consists of mowing and edging the lawn, then blowing debris from hard surfaces. We do so for a fixed cost per visit and will come to your home for an onsite consultation to estimate a price. You may elect to have us fertilize, or treat weeds, pests, or disease during our visits as a part of regular maintenance. We can also clean up, bag, and dispose of seasonal leaf falls.

Pruning – We can prune growth from plants and shrubs, or thin out and shape trees to improve sunlight to the ground. We can also remove dead annuals or dead from perennials to start new seasonal growth.
Tree cutting – We can remove dead or unwanted trees of all sizes. We can have stumps ground out for a complete removal, if wanted. We will haul off branches and trunks, and dispose of them at a wood recycling center for future use as mulch or otherwise.
Planting – We can install plants of all types from annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees. We can design plantings for pots on patios or other areas to create visual stimulation and enjoyment.
Bed preparation – We can remove old mulch and then install new natural or colored mulch in bags or bulk to help plant beds look beautiful, retain water, and help stop weed growth. We can install edging to separate plant beds from lawns and to retain mulch or stone.
Masonry – We can build or repair stone edging, walkways, walls, or other such projects.
Sod installation – We can prepare a yard for sod and then source, deliver and install grasses of many types.
Rock and gravel installation – We can prepare areas for stone by removing ground cover and weeds, and then installing weed barrier below a bed of rocks of sizes from crushed granite to 3″ and greater sizes.
Irrigation installation and repair – Do you have dead patches in your lawn, or beds without water? We can build new and extend existing systems, repair leaks and broken heads, or otherwise make your system more effective and efficient.

Pricing
For regular yard maintenance including mowing, edging, and blowing hard surfaces we will come to your home or office to inspect the site and offer a fixed cost for such services. The fee generally ranges from approximately $60 – $100 per visit for a typical residential lot. We price other services such as leaf cleanup and pruning based on an hourly rate per crewmember, presently $75 – $100 depending on the type of work. We price plants and materials based on the price of the products, and time it takes to source and install such items.
